Words from Ginny:

It is a privilege and honour to be training some of the yoga teachers of tomorrow. Never has there been a greater need for this ancient wisdom to be practiced and applied in our modern times. It is my sincere and heartfelt wish, that I offer my knowledge and teaching experience of this huge and diverse subject with sincerity and humility.

The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali are as relevant today as they were back in history. They have a special place in my heart .

I also look forward to offering a platform to other experts in their field of Yoga. That we may share in the wisdom and be enriched by it.

OM SHANTI, SHANTI , SHANTI

Ginny’s style of teaching is a blend of the ancient and the new, the gentle and the challenging, the spiritual and the ordinary. Her yoga name, ‘Fire Angel’ reflects the passion and spirituality with which she delivers her teaching.
